That's a terrible diet! You will lose weight, but you'll be burning fat, not muscle! When you start eating normally again, your metabolism will be so slow from starving yourself that you'll gain a TON of weight.
You'd do better to talk to a nutritionist, or even to just go to a bookstore and look through some diet books.

You'll be ill in no time with that diet. You are missing many nutrients that your body needs.
Try a healthy diet with fruits, vegetables, low fat yoghurt and a small portion of meat (if you're not vegetarian, beans/corn/nuts/tofu if you are).
Look up caloric content and portion sizes, and aim for 1000-1200 calories per day. I eat that way, and have lost 23 pounds so far. I eat small portions throughout the day, and am not hungry.
Add in some exercise and you should lose 1-2 pounds per week. Anymore than that is not healthy and is not sustainable.
Good luck to you!

Hi,
I've tried all different diets, and the weight loss is only temporary. I finally tried diet pills on the market are made from Hoodia. I saw this stuff on ABC News. It's all natural and safe, and it works! My wife took it for a month and dropped 20 pounds. I took it for a month and lost about 13 (but I didn't exercise).
I bought the natural hoodia from this website: http://www.alllsite.info/free-diet-pills.php . I checked the web site address so I can post it here and I saw they're running a promotion now to get a free 2 week sample for only $4.97! I'm going to order this supply for my wife and give it to her for Christmas =)

your diet sucks. you might need a psychiatric evaluation regarding your body image, my friend. i was anorexic and have since recovered. it is not something to take lightly.
don't let anything outside of you measure your self-esteem for you!!! I learned this the hard way!! It's unfortunate that something as insignificant as a tape measure can have such an impact on how we feel about ourselves. DON'T LET IT!!! They cannot measure who you are! Exercise. Refuse to skip meals. Do things that make you intrinsically happy. you are the only one that can make you happy. After all, the standards your measure yourelf by should be your own.

That is not a good diet plan.To burn fat you need to consume more lean protein and lower your carbs. After a starchy meal, you STORE fat while after a protein packed meal, you harvest fat for energy.
B-fast-
turkey bacon
eggs
Lunch:small salad
any amount of meat, poultry,or fish untill your full
Dinner:green veg OR small salad
any amount of meat, poultry,or fish untill your full
