Maintenance is by prayer and meditation and doing good works...

Beauty is confidence, inner peace, and a balance of any given part of your life. It is maintained by trying your best to make the world a better place to live.

Beauty is in everything... absolutely everything... and it only takes a re-attunement of perspective in order to see it.
Much as beauty is in flowers and mountains and occasionally some people...... beauty can also be found in earth-worms... car-crashes... decaying corpses... graveyards... rain-clouds... abject misery... smoking ashes... dead bodies hanging from cords by their necks... the metallic gleam inside the barrel of a gun.... the tears of a mourning widow....
... EVERYTHING.
Perspective... people.... perspective.
I prefer to concentrate more on the taboo beauties perfectly... Death in particular happens to content me as something particularly elegant.

Be clean and neat, and as well groomed as you can manage. Dress appropriately for your body type, wear makeup if necessary but keep it to a minimum. Smile! Be happy.
