Part 2: Can I bring her to USA?...?

hi,

this is with ref to "can i bring her to USA"

yes i do understand the need to deal with leagal authorities of india, and usa for this matter and i'm doing ti fasteest means as i could. i too had the plan of getting married to her in india, and i will certainly wiull do that if its my best option.

but the problem is that for her to get married even in india she need a some sougfht of record, such as:

1. national idnetity to prooove her age (she is in her age 18 range, and she cannot figureout the exact date, year is confirmed with nanny)

2. brithe certificate to obtain her identity card


is there any chance to obtain these items under this condition?

is this 1 and 2 items can be found i can take her to USA without any hassel...........

The most reliable way to do this is for the American citizen to marry the foreigner in the foreigner's home country. Then, getting a spouse visa is fairly easy.

The reason that this is the best way is that it makes sure that the terms of a work visa, student visa, or other temporary visa are not violated. This can make it very difficult to return to the U.S.

And, if the foreigner is in the U.S. illegally and gets married, it can take 10 years to get back in. So, don't do that.
