I found a web site documenting the messes that Dow Chemical has created over the years so, other than Dow, who are the worst corporations for pollution?

Number one would be the US Government. High on the list would be all farms collectively. Individuals when you add them up will be great. For example if a city has one wastewater plant, it will pollute as much as any industry.

Much depends on how you want to define "worst". The most pollution by total, by pollution per person working, by pollution per GDP produced, etc. You can get some ideas by looking at the databases listed at the reference.
