Hair does grow approximately 1/2 an inch per month. Definately take hair vitamins that contain at least 2000mcg of Biotin. Drink lots of water..Everyones hair is different so its hard to say..I'd say a year and a half to 2 years..

Hair grow like half an inch per month in "normal" conditions, meaning average temperature, sunshine and humidity.
But it really grows a lot quicker in proper conditions - sunny, warm and humid places like Caribbean or Central America or norhern Australia would do a great thing for you. I'd say it'll grow to the middle of your back in 6 months or so. Worth moving to a warmer climate, uhm?

It doesn't matter what you do to your hair.
Nothing will make it grow faster.
Hair grows 0.44 of a millimetre each day and an approx of half an inch every month.
So thats 6 inches every year ( or 16 cms)
Try taking a multi vitamin to speed it up.

I disagree with trimming it, WON'T make it grow at all.
It will just make your hair shorter, It's a myth regular trims will make hair longer. Remember, Hair grows from the roots at the scalp not the ends.

hair grows between 1/4 and 1/2 of an inch per month. So if you're trying to grow a foot of hair, that would take 2 years if your hair grows 1/2 inch per month.

regular trims help, and make sure you get enough vitamins and protein!

everyone's hair grows at different lengths, so I can't estimate exactly.
However, I do have a friend that's growing her hair out and she found that eating more fruit and veg and less junk food helped her hair.
She found carrots specifically helpful...strange but true.
it sound like you ar eon the right track with jus keeping it clean and leaving it alone...I would'nt color it either.

I don't know exactly.... If your hair goes pretty fast or at least not really slow .
then it will probably take about 10-13months
