im in exactly the same position, 12 weeks pregnant, and snacking on crap. I spend ages trying to think of something a fancy for dinner and end up having a sandwich, because everything makes me feel ill. I hate fruit and veg but i try get my 5 portions a day by drinking 100% fruit juice (pineapple) and forcing an apple or 2 down. Ive asked my friends who have had babys and asked whether they ate healthy during pregnancy and they didn't either, and their babies are fine, so try not to worry to much! (although i know its hard)

Hello 1st of all i would like to say congratulations.

I am unable to have children?? I've been trying for 12 years and still no joy! i wish i was in Ur position.

Any way, i think your appetite will grow as your pregnancy progresses and you will start to crave really weird things in time. you are only @ the beginning of your pregnancy so at the moment, personally i don't think is that serious.

If the problem persists maybe you should go to your G.P or midwife.

Good luck i wish u, your baby and your family well!
I'm sure everything will be just fine.x. Tasha

go to the store and buy cooked food so you dont have to cook it. You need prenatal vitamins and you NEED to eat a blanced diet of lean meats, fruits, veggies, whole grains, and dairy. Even if you dont like it, not getting those vitmins, minerals, and nutrients in those foods will definitely affect your baby's development, especially the brain.

felt much the same when i was pregnant. i just made sure that i ate plenty of fruit and veg couldn't stand the smell of cooked meat. try cereal with milk, salads, yoghurts etc. hopefully you will start to feel better after 14 weeks or so. good luck and congrats.

You should go see your doctor and he'll give you an eating plan. You need to eat healthy stuff like meat, fruits and vegetables. Eat less junk food!!!

Why don't you buy ready meals/salads, that way you won't have to cook and have a good nutritious diet too.
