Outside of liposuction, there is no way to lose fat in isolated areas. You cannot direct specific fat loss. Fat does not convert to muscle. Doing crunches or other exercises in a specific area will only build muscle in that area, but not necessarily cause a reduction of the fat in that area.
When needed, fat stores in adipose tissue are released into the bloodstream and are then circulated and taken up by cells that need it. Cells that need it do not have any mechanism to absorb it from adipose cells that are closeby.
Building muscle under your fat is at most going to increase volume under the fat and cause it to push out further. But that effect probably won't be seen in 6 days.
Overall, having more muscle will burn more energy and thus cause your fat stores to be used and thus eventually causing the fat in the "pooch" to reduce (along with fat stores elsewhere).
Eating less will cause your general fat stores to reduce. And some of that will be taken from your stomack. 6 days is not enough.
Other methods of short term weight loss (like losing water weight) are dangerous and will probably not help you at all if you are going to be doing physical activity.

I assume you mean paunch not pooch as that is a dog. You need to start doing some abdominal exercises like sit ups or crunches. Do a web search for abdominal exercises and you will find lots of different ones to try.

If you MUST lose the weight asap, you basically have to starve yourself, which i DO NOT condone. It's very hard on your body and bad for you. If youre referring to the little bit of fat below your bellow button, most women have fat there and it's pretty much impossible to lose without lipo. Your body fat needs to be around 15% to achieve that (typically). It's one of the hardest places to lose fat. Good luck.

you can just do 50 sit ups in the mourning and evening thats what i do and im thin as heck and I eat a whole bunch of junck food.
