@ is called an Ampersat. but generaly people will know what you mean when calling it "the At sign"

The 'at' sign. Same as everywhere else in the English speaking world?

I think it's only '#' that is different? I used to call that a hash sign and now I'm supposed to call it a pound sign which is not going to work in a country that has these £
