Make sure you wash all of the lighter fluid off of your arm at least once a day. Also, always carry a small fire extinguisher hooked to your belt. Do not wear long sleeved shirts and do not use hair spray. If you have a beard, shave it off. Hope this helps. Good luck!

Are u tripping perhaps? Or has someone tattooed your arm with flames and you only see it when your sleeve is rolled up?
Seriously though, is it just heat rash or something, I get heat rash sometimes but it only comes up on my chest...
If its just real fire with real flames, then i think you should see the doctor because i wouldn't know how to explain that one!
