It depends on the test that is being performed. Some reported as micrograms per deciliter, parts per million, or an actual count of cells. Some tests, like blood alcohol are in a grams percent report.

Again, depends on the test being run and the machine that is performing the test. You can search on line for normal values for most blood tests. If you have the copy of it in your hand, it usually gives the normal values next to your level.
