yes, but who ever is using this needs to be aware that if you stop using it not only will you lose the hair you re-grew but will lose that which you had...true story, a friend of mine was just beginning to lose hair and panicked used this and the hair returned so he stopped...lost almost all of it so he gave up shaved his head and i can tell you he looks better and is sexier than ever...my women friends fall all over themselves in front of him. he told me if he knew that women preferred bald men he wouldn't have been so worried about his hair. funny thing his biggest problem now is keeping who he's dating straight.
