There is no product that actually thickens hair. All voluming shampoos and products do are infuse the hair shaft with moisture; it's a temporary fix.

Nothing per se is in the market that does that. Well, one of the ways to thicken your hair is to prevent loosing more hair. That said, try different shampoos and conditioners, like Mane & Tail or Johnson's Baby shampoo and conditioner, and see whether they would work for you-

You can use volumizing shampoo but I advise against that. What they do is take out all of the nutrients out of your hair so the hair expands and thus creating thicker hair. If you do use volumizing shampoos make sure you use some sort of repair lotions as well.

You could also get a weave or blow dry your hair upside down. Personally I reccommend blow drying upside down

Minoxidil is the active ingredient in Rogaine, the brand name. It doesn't thicken hair but it regrows hair that has been lost.

I've read in magazines theirs this pill that makes your hair grow longer and thicker. But I doubt it works, it's probably your mind playing tricks on you thinking it works. I think you should buy like "volume" shampoos and conditioners. Or you can always blow your hair upside down.

Volumizing shampoos help but they only give the appearance of thicker hair.
