My neck really hurts. Every time i get up or walk around I get a huge pain in my neck and head. Same when I cough.
Does anyone have a suggestion of how to fix this? maybe without going to a doctor?

get one of those heating patches and keep it on over night. sleep with a flat pillow or none at all. when you are a passenger in a car put a small neck pillow behind your neck. change your usual chair when you sit at your computer.
good luck.

You may get some relief by rolling up a towel and placing it under your neck when lying down. Or, hanging your head over the edge of the bed. But as another post mentioned, is better to get to see a doctor of chiropractic and find out what is causing the condition. Then have it treated properly.

I had that problem for a while, I would really suggest going to a chiropracter, It could be a sign of some real spinal problem and you don't want to ignore it and let it get worse. Trust me, a doctor would rather see you about something like this than some 80 year old lady about her flatulence problem.

Sleep on a flat pillow! It worked like magic for me. Hope you have the same luck.
