1 Timothy 5:22 "Lay hands suddenly on no man, neither be partaker of other men's sins: keep thyself pure" Yes you can lay hands and use oil, but you must make sure you are at the right place spiritually. Some sicknesses comes with very dark forces that many that are new in the Lord cannot withstand.

I used to call my church plenty---no longer too regularly, yet whilst one pastor cxould pray and be sure the area then there grew to become into no prefer for all of the elders to wish. The used to have a healing line up on the front of the church, yet supply up that 15 years in the past. i grew to become into in that church a protracted time. a great form of the time, whoever responded the telephone on the church ought to wish and a miracle might take place. i do no longer project them from now on. That grew to become into whilst my husband grew to become into heavily eating and dealing around, and we've been in a foul community, I had virtually no money, no automobile, could no longer even purchase outfits or pass to the wellbeing practitioner. yet once I stgarted working i grew to become into surrounded via demon-possessed people so I nonetheless had emergencies.

Christianity has nothing to do with servitude. God's the one you want to impress. Not a bunch of stuffed shirts. Anoint your friend. Pray for her or him. The prayer is for your friend to God.

i have only heard of oil and prayer in new life christian churchs and in mormonism churchs never have i heard of any in other sects of christianity but i dont believe prayer works for most people nor is it helpful in other cases. its the idea that healing is of god when we do it in our selves first.
