I used to be a gymnast and in really good shape. Now that I don't do that anymore, I've gotten out of shape. I've got muscle, but it's covered up, so I'd really like to tone up and slim down!

You might think about trying this book called "The Movie Star Diet" by Steve Simmons. It helped me lose thirty pounds in 2 1/2 months when I didn't think anything would work. My goal to begin with was only 20 lbs! It has a really easy plan to follow and an excellent workout as well.

Green or Wulong tea. Also if you don't like tea I just heard about the special K diet you just eat two bowls a day one for breakfast and one for lunch and don't eat after 7:00 and do at least 30min of some exercise every-other day.

Dont eat any junk food..
Eat oat meal or toast for breakfast with 100% juice.
For lunch have a low fat yogurt with a granola bar with water or diet soda.
For dinner have a salad with water or diet soda.
And if you need a desert have sherbet.
If you need a snack have wheat thins or pretzels.
but not the whole bag or box in one day just a few.

Hope this helps:]
