1. fry it ground and add your own spices that you like, then drain it some and make gravey. A hamburger gravey mix, you can add onions, bell peppers, cellery and anything else you like, and put it over rice...........

2. I like to make minature meatloafs, and make a tomatoe gravey and place the minature meatloafs from the oven into the pan with the tomatoe gravey (you can buy the tomatoe gravey mix in a pouch in the grociery store with all the other already prepared graveys), served with mashed potatoes and your favorit veggie.

3. Stuffed bellpeppers with hamburger meat. You cook the rice, and ground the beef in a frying pan, drain meat, add the rice, tomatoe sauce, cellery, onion, a can or two of red beans and mix it together, then use a big spoon and fill the freshly cored green bell peppers and place in the oven to cook for about 30-45 min on 375 degrees.

4. You of course have your tradition hamburgers, either fried on the top burners in a pan or grilled on the grill.

5. A regular meatloaf. Get the hamburger meat and put it in a large mixing bowl. Add two eggs, ketchup, diced onions and celery, break up bread or you can use a cup of oatmeal and add salt, pepper, garlic powder, and oregano. Mix well and put it in a baking pan in the shape of a loaf.......... oven set at 450, let cook for 45 min to an hour. Depending on the size of your loaf. Side dishes are of course your desired choice. :)

Hope this helped.............. blessed be.

Ground beef is a super versatile ingredient there are volumes of books dedicated to this fact. I would recommend you go tho the library and get 365 recipes for ground beef it is a great reference the recipes are all very simple and the tastes vary enough that they aren't boring. You can make everything from pies, skillet dishes, soups and bakes. You could also go to a recipe search like All Recipes.com and type in ground beef or hamburger and just pick and choose based on your pallet of the day.
My family's favorite after grilled burgers that is - is simply fried beef and potatoes with chopped onion salt and pepper - cooks in about 25minutes and eaten with tortillas and salsa its' got a Mexican flair or with dinner rolls and ketchup it goes American classic (you can add 1 can of kernel corn drained or 1 can of chopped stewed tomato's to kick this up a notch) Good Luck!

Personally I like to brown it in a pan with some chopped onions, toss in some Worcestershire sauce and a little beef broth, then stir in sour cream at the end, let thicken and serve over egg noodles: poor man's stroganoff.

Brown it, add a little salt and pepper, mix with a little beef gravy and toss into a casserole dish. Drop some canned corn on top and them spread mashed potatoes over the top. Bake at 350---shepherd's pie.

There are tons of things like stuffed peppers and soups to meat loaf, but I don't know what would be "new" for you. So here are some pages just about ground beef:

I got one... Fry the hamburger meat and add a packet of chili sauce mix as if making chili (chili sauce mix should call for a can of tomato sauce) . When this is done, pour about half of the meat sauce in a baking dish, add a layer of fritos and cheese, then repeat another layer of the meat, fritos, and cheese and then bake for just a few minutes until the cheese is melted. Now, you have a "Frito Chili Pie"
Good Luck
