Dear all, I migrated to USA and after my recent visit to India, something really changed me. I'm in love with a Indian girl!. We were associating each other for 3 months and so on our relationship while I was in India grew as we never expected, eventaully we both fallen in love with eah other. Before I return back to USA I promised her that I would marry her. Here comes the shoking part. She doesnt have a mom/dad, and she is unaware of them. She do not have a certificate of birth and neither she has a form of identification such as, identitiy card issued by the government. Sadly speaking she is a orphan, and do not have any clue regarding who is she. She currently lives with her "nanny". I knew this during my late times when I was at India. At that time we were so much in love and I couldn't think what is this!!! Anyways I love her more than she do. I daily talk to her and she is happy than ever to hear from me. I need to know "can i bring her to USA" under this condition?. Pls hlp me

Unfortunately, no she will not be allowed to come to the United States. There is so much paper work that has to be proven before they even consider allowing you to come to the US. However, I'm sure you are aware of this due to the fact you have recently came here. Ask the "Nanny" if she has any information about the person you love. Try to find records through the hospitals or courts. I'm not sure if you have courts over there, but whatever you have that keeps records of people, go there. Good luck and GOD bless.

Possibly, you need to get intough with the right people for that information. Are you a citizen? If not then there will be alot of red tape, but i am sure it can be done. Good luck and if you can't then move to where she is or find a country that will take you both. I hope you can get her here, but it will be hard with no records. She needs to work on finding those records in india.

i'm attempting to take my spouse to the States. we've been married approximately seven years, and function 3 young ones. we've been doing the immigration technique for approximately 3 years now. My young ones are usa yet have been born distant places. they have never left China ether. quickly training would be a great difficulty as a results of fact the only faculties they are able to attend listed under are so high priced. One new child is practicable, 2 is taxing, yet 3 isn't available. So we could desire to flow homestead. even though, the technique is so slow. we've been waiting for 6 months now just to get carry of only a sprint paper so we are able to deliver interior the subsequent set of varieties. we've referred to as Visa middle many times and had them resend the record. i honestly hate the finished technique.

If we lived in India, we could make a happy home. A new study suggests that eating curry-flavored food may help keep elderly minds sharp.

In this case it seems like it would be easiest to marry her in India and then try to bring her over to the USA as your wife

poor her? but isn't the orphanage supposed to have each of the children's birth certificates? anyway, i guess you should just marry her in india. it would be much easier to bring her to india since you've lived there already. ask the us embassy, they can help you about those cases
