Yea, people drive by line of sight, so, they see their turn in a direct line and not as an "Arc". It just hard for people to think anymore, as, we are being taught not to think. Actually the Semis do better, as, they do know to make a turn they need to swing wide. Normally, when I pull up to a stop sign and see a semi going to turn, I do try and lay back a little to help best I can, especially when I in the left turn lane.

they are just too lazy to turn the wheel a little more and make more of a square turn. It's just as bad as them not short turning and going into the wrong lane on a 4-lane road though. Very annoying when you'd like to turn also, but you can't trust that the person turning across from you will actually stay in their lane.

poor driving skills and no one seems to care except about themselves and where they are going, until they get into a collision. Law exforcement does have their hands full, but when we do catch those people, trust me they go down hard. Last person i saw do that, the lady cut off an ambulance going code 3. Man did she get it, and she will never cut the turn short again.

No its not just you. It bothers me too! If you pull up too close they will get your front end. I also hate when I'm making a left turn and the person across from me is making a right. Then they cut into my lane. So i never no if I should hold back for them or go. Most of them go into my lane and if I go they will hit me. Grrrr.

My theory is that they too lazy to turn the steering wheel. Either that, or their cell phone is in one hand and they can't operate the car properly.
