ive got a bump on my arm. its hard, and its under my skin. it hurts whren i press it, but there is no redness or any signs of it being swollen. what the hell is it? is there a maggot under there or something?? GAHH!

It's probably just a ganglion cyst. Not harmful, often goes away on it's own.

It's probably a small cyst. They are very common. A doctor can remove it or possibly lance it and drain it if it is filled with fluid or pus. I had one on my upper arm which I messed with for quite some time and ended up sticking a sterile needle into it and getting some stuff out which made the bump go away but left a nice scar. Bad decision on my part, plus I risked infection which in hindsight was DUMB! I would suggest going to the doctor if it is bothering you to make sure it is not some type of serious infection or growth.
