This may be a ingrown hair dear...Ingrown hair is a condition where the hair curls back or grows sideways into the skin. It may or may not be accompanied by an infection of the hair follicle (folliculitis) or "razor bumps" (Pseudofolliculitis barbae). It most commonly appears in areas where the skin is shaved (beard, legs), but can appear anywhere.
Anything which causes the hair to be broken off short with a sharp tip. Shaving is the leading cause, followed by tight clothing.

Have you worn any different underware then normal?
Cotton underware are the best to wear.
You probably had a hair break. So you now have an ingrown hair.
I had one of these before. It took about 2 weeks for it to go away. I answered you other question about the pimples and boils.
Just follow what i said.
Believe me it works. And i definetly know how it feels
Good Luck :]

It is painful in some cases. This might sound disgusting but I have found the only way to get rid of it is by popping it. It will allow the bacteria which is inside to escape and reduce the pressure. You can wipe it with some alcohol. Maybe use polysporine if you want. Been there, done that.

One time a girlfriend caught me popping a butt pimple. I didn't think she'd notice, but apparently she felt the pinching.

sounds more like a boil...you might have to go get it lanced but I would definately get it checked out might also be a nasty spider bite, and you will need some antibiotics...please don't wait for this...clean it, and use peroxide in the meantime.

go to a dermatologist , he may want to send a tissue sample to a laboratory to have it checked for any problems. seems you already have an infection and may have to take antibiotics.
