Last night I was laying on my bed, talking on the phone. i was laying on my back and not leaning on anything. All of a sudden I felt a burning feeling and pressure on my wrist. "Ow!" I looked down and saw a bite mark on my wrist. I ran to show my roomate and she accused me of biting my own wrist(i think the person i was talking to would have noticed something in my mouth), then, when i denied that said it wasn't a bite mark. I then bit my other wrist and it looked exactly like the other mark but the indents were different(as if from different teeth). The mark progressed exactly as the bite mark i gave myself; getting red & puffy, ect....
Im not saying it was a ghost or anything but how do you explain that???? Any ideas??

first of all no ghost could`ve done something like this.... i suggest you to do a research about sexual demons and astral creatures, but the answer, only you can find out what really happened... you should investigate the situations, remember the dreams that you had the nights before, analyze your actions in the past days and be careful at every single detail... you may or may not find some answers...

blessed be.

edited: jen, a ghost doesn`t bite. In the worst cases, a poltergeist may punch you, push you on the stairs, give you a heart attack or other things that don`t involve the blood. Biting.. the myth of vampires was created because the victorian need for sexuality, therefore the biting is a sing of sexual fantasy, so with the info that suki gave us, i would say that the biting has either a logical explanation or it was caused by a sexual demon.

You are not saying it was a ghost...then what was it?
Try leaving a tape recorder running while asking questions, make sure you are completely alone or at least that noone is around to tamper with it. Ask for a name, what the date is today, where are we, how old are you, what are you trying to say to me...that kind of thing, after asking a question wait for at least 90 seconds before asking another.
I dont like the sound of this. Biting is violent after all. You may want to also sprinkle salt on all the windows, doorways, etc in the entire home and repeat a favorite prayer from the Bible.
If you see or feel anything unusual, then immeidately contact a priest or a reputable parapsychologist.

Be honest with yourself - were you drinking or taking any drugs (even medications?) Are you a forensic odotologist who can differentiate between bite marks?

You can twist your arm far enough so that you can bite your wrist and your lower jaw impression will show up on top, the upper part showing on bottom. Then, you bite the other wrist, and the image looks different - because it is turned upside down.

Had I been there, I would have pointed this out to you.....

You bit yourself, the bite marks are different because you turned your wrist so people would see either the top or bottom teeth marks.

have you dabbled into the occult at some stage, have you? and are opressed by demons, dont know too much on this, and there is a lot of mixed teaching, some can be quite screwy, but i know the god of us christrians, some of us anyway, hates people messing with the occult and mediums ect.- read for yourself if need be. suggest you need to make amends with god. he has the say over everything, nothing stronger than he.

It sounds like a type of polterguist activity. Maybe it WAS a ghost. I haven't had an experience like that, so I can't say for sure. I'd move out, if you can.

Sorry. I didn't mean to bite you that hard.
Ps.
You're a crybaby for complaining about it.
Seriously though, that's creepy! AND AWESOME! You better stay alert. There are ghosts that can rape people too.
