Bengali=From Bengal state or new Bangladesh.

History:

At one time they were same, one province or state. British divided them in to east and west, During the partition of India in 1947 East went to Pakistan West stayed in India. It became a country by itself (the Pakistan controlled part of old Bengal, became Bangladesh).

Che= is, a verb.

Aatle=That is why, or so.

Sambhal=Be careful(be is understood).

Literal translation.

She is full blooded or 100% Bengali, so be careful.

May mean:
She is a foreigner, so be careful.

May imply:
She may be a spy, so be careful.
