I am a cheerleader and I look a litte fat in my outfit....we have meet the team tuesday HELP !!!!!!!

Well, you can't lose tat much FAT in 6 days, in which case you have to understand you're going to lose some muscle and/or retained water (which will immediately return).

If you're not already running, you should be. And I'd cut your calories and sodium intake back substantially. I don't know what you're eating now, but go to lean proteins, veggies and fruit, and water. Tons of water.

That will get you the best possible quick fix. But you'll only lose a pound or two of fat, at most, and possibly not even that much. Just understand that. You might be able to lose 3-5 pounds, total, at most. But it will all return immediately when you go back to your normal habits.

Needing to lose 10 pounds in 6 days isn't a problem of the next 6 days - it's a problem of the last 60 to 90 days not being healthy enough.

Adequate first off you are 12, until it is effecting your wellbeing your weight is fine. 2nd of all it isn't healthful to lose that much weight in much less then a week without it coming back. The healthful restrict for weight lose (in the event you rather have to considering that of your wellness) is 2 lb a week at the most. The only thing you are able to do is consume healthy foods, do not bypass breakfast considering that it slows down your metabolism and get a lot of exercisese,

eating in the morning gives you energy for teh day and starts your fat burning energy. if you eat a protien such as eggs or chicken or meat. your stomach will close within a few moments knowing that it has nutrients and you get full. if you eat a toast or a carb only your body stores it fast and you are hungry more so than if you ate nothing at all. also apple cider vinigar 1/2 cup in glass with arm water and honey will melt fat away fast and it will also make your skin and hair fantastic. drink in the morning. lots of sleep cause your bod heals and works in sleep. also try not to eat big mfeals after 3pm. still eat though. if your body is never starving or is not being over fed. eating little bits all day long, you will be able to maintain your weight healthy.good luck.

a pound of fat is equivalent to about 3500 calories. So, you need to burn about 35000 calories. If you want to lose 10 pounds in 6 days, you are going to have to burn almost 6000 calories per day. This is going to have to be a net burning. The average female needs to consume about 2500 calories per day to maintain weight. If you consume more than that, say an additional 500 calories. You are going to have to burn 6500 calories that day. You could limit your caloric intake, say to 2000 per day, and then you would only have to burn 5500 calories per day. You obviously need to start counting calories. In any event, losing 10 pounds is going to be awfully tough. You are going to have to literally exercise 10 hours per day. Good luck.

south beach diet is a great diet. if you dont plan on exercising though you are doomed to failure. Diets are fine and all, but the key to keeping your weight down and keeping lean muscles is to do exercise. There are no magic diets or pills...it comes from hard work. Good luck.

Not going to happen. You wouldn't even be able to lose 10 lbs of water weight in ten days. Forgot about vanity and concentrate on your education. You'll be a much happier and healthier person.

yes u can loose weight by crash dieting, that is u must be on liquid diet.Morning a glass of hot water with lime and honey ,then carrot juice, watermelon juice ,pomegranate juice and tender coconut juice.This diet must be taken under the supervision of a Docter.

short of liposuction, not a chance in hell...and if there was, i'd tell you not to do it. losing that kind of weight in such a short period of time is extremely unhealthy, unsafe, and would probably include the use of drugs that would make you crazy.

not possible in 6 days! stay away from greasy foods, soft drinks, and candies. this will prevent you from ADDING weight during these days.

Only thing I can tell you is crash diet, eat no bread (starch), potatoes, pasta nothing like that.
