Problems with Half.com?

I purchased software from Half.com, the guy sent it without the access code so I couldn't install it. I've tried contacting half, and the sender about it but have gotten no results. Any suggestions on getting my money back?

You bought pirate software. If you can't find the buyer, you're screwed. Half (which is eBay) says they only provide the platform.

File a claim with half.com. You can do that right off of your sale page.
