www.allrecipes.com has an ingredient search and all the recipes are rated by users which is very helpful! Sometimes a recipe sounds really good... but all the users say it is terrible or they tell you how to tweak it to make it good.

Personally, I like epicurious.com for recipes. They have a wide variety and many of them indicate the difficulty rating, from easy to complicated.

http://www.recipezaar.com/recipes/
Recipe Zaar has a search engine that searches by main ingredient, course or cuisine

http://about.com/food/
About.com Food and Drink-search engine searches by recipe name, cuisine and course; then narrows search by keyword

as mentioned Food TV, Recipe Source and All Recipes are also in my favorites.
