Very unlikely - urine has passed through an incredibly efficient filter - the human kidney.
In most circumstances urine is entirely sterile... in fact many tribal peoples use it to wash wounds because it is cleaner than their drinking water.
In addition, even if the person was carrying an infection that produced live bacteria in the urine (eg a bladder or urinary tract infection) the chances of these bacteria entering your body through your skin are extremely small indeed and again even if they did your body's natural immune defences would probably deal with it.

possible but not very.......urine is sterile........however i suppose if they had an std and the urine washed some of the juices from this infection onto your hands or clothes it might be able to happen if you then put your hands or clothes directly into your mouth or an open sore or your genitals .........but why do you have other peoples urine on hands or clothes.

Depends what you do afterwards....most infectious agents do not penetrate the skin. HOwever, if you choose to eat without washing your hands, you run the risk of ingesting it or by keeping the same clothes on for a long period of time, you risk breathing in airborne pathogens.
Im not a doctor but I would say as you take care of the mess right away, you would have less problems.

if they have a uti or bladder infection it is possible but urine is a fairly sterile solution so it would be unlikely for you to get an infection from it.

If you do not properly clean the area, yes, it's possible.
