no it will keep in the fridge for a while, try and find something to replace the cork, but if you can't it won't matter a whole lot... it can go stale quite quickly though... but unless you're a very regular wine drinking, you won't notice it.

red wine will stay ok outside the fridge too, just as long as the temperature isn't overly hot or anything.

Wine starts to deteriorate after opening and exposure to oxygen so it is best drunk rather quickly after opening but it will keep for several days although it may not taste as good.

You should not refrigerate any Red wine and it should be drunk within 3 days

White wine can be refrigerated but drunk within 3 days also....

uncorked it wont go bad, but it will taste stale very quickly. like overnight.
