Can I load one of my flat nosed 30-30 shells in first and get the last shell to load correctly?

it should not be a problem... they should be about the same length. try it and see..

What exactly are you asking? The LOA for a regular flat tipped 30-30 and the LEVERevolution have to be the same, so they should work just exactly the same. What problem are you actually having? The last shell should be the least of your problems, unless the magazine spring is weak?

Shouldn't be an issue. The overall length is the same. The tip is very pliable and will not set off a chain reaction in the magazine tube. That being said, it is an expensive round ($17 a box vs. $12 for 170 grain WinchesterPP/FN). Of course if you hunting, and not plinking, the $5 extra could be well spent.
