Undergraduate have not received their degrees yet. Graduate classes are the courses you take for higher degrees like Masters and Doctorates.

Before you can get your graduate degree (a specialized degree in business or marketing, etc.) you need to obtain your undergraduate degree (ie. Bachelors Degree in Advertising). Undergraduate programs are typically 4 years long and require many classes specific to your degree, along with a bunch of general education requirements (math, english, etc.). When you work on your Graduate Degree (or masters) you typically take more specific classes and usually have to write a paper or do a project at the end (sometimes called a thesis).
