i am 28 years old, 69 kilos, 1.66 meters tall. but i dont look very fat cause i got a big breast. thank God...i still need to lose 10 kilis though...

yeah, you should go swimming! it's awesome exercise and burns so many calories! you shouldn't lose weight just to get some guys' attention though. do it for yourself. it feels good to be healthy.

also, i was reading online about this waterproof case for your mp3 player if you want to listen to music while you swim. it's awesome. anyways, good luck and happy swimming!

You need to stop caring if men are going to like you if you lose weight.And start losing weight for your on good for your health .Once you start working out you will be so confidence with your self that you wont care if guys like you for your weight . Swimming is a good work out .You Could Do It.

Swimming is an excellent way to tone up and loose wt. Cut the quantity of food you serve yourself by 10% when you are satisfied with 10% reduce it slowly to a maximum of 50 % Do drink hot water after all meals and also in addition try to do brisk walking for at least half hour.

swimming, eat healthier, and a little jogging should help you!!! It depends on what kind of man you are looking to like you more. There are guys that prefer a more slimmer woman and some like there woman with a little meat on there bones. they want something to hold on to versus a stick LOL. But its really not about how they fell because there is always somebody for somebody. You have to be doing this to make your self feel more comfortable with you and once you have that self-confidence men will be all over you.

swimming or any exercise along with diet can help lose weight and make you look and feel better. To a point guys like thinner girls. Normal and healthy appeals to most.

Don't mind these guys.
I am definately not what they call thin.
I eat like a horse.
The man you are meant to be with will like you no matter what.
Like I said, i'm heavy and i have lots of guy friends who have no issue with it.
You have to make yourself happy first. Beauty develops from the inside out.

Watch Bridget Jones Diary 1 and 2. Colin Firth loves bridget "JUST AS SHE IS" and he "HAPPENS TO HAVE VERY HIGH REGARD FOR THE WOBBLY BITS"

Swimming is a good exercise.
Men will like you more if you are at the right weight, check out the body mass index.
Huge girls and twig like girls are a huge turn off.

Swimming will make you fit and give you a good figure alongwith stamina.Whether men will like you or not,depends what type of person you are. Only looks do not matter.

Swimming is a great way to lose weight. It doesn't put strain on the body and it burns lots of calories. Good luck. Hey do it for your self though, not some guy :)
