Paul answered this

2 Cor 8:12-15

12For if the willingness is there, the gift is acceptable according to what one has, not according to what he does not have.

13Our desire is not that others might be relieved while you are hard pressed, but that there might be equality. 14At the present time your plenty will supply what they need, so that in turn their plenty will supply what you need. Then there will be equality, 15as it is written: "He who gathered much did not have too much, and he who gathered little did not have too little."

If you don't have it - don't give it. Don't pauper yourself because others will have to step in and help you out.

The amount you put in. Every time u get paid, u just give 10% out of it, it's that simple. You don't have to break ur bank account.

You are to give 10% of your entire worth, but people give only 10% of what they have left after they paid their bills.

Give your time, compassion, aid, and love if you have no money.

First fruits aren't necessarily cash. If you have a ruined crop, give your time to help someone else eat.
