there are a few ways, you can get some small weights, one in each hand now hold them and put them in the middle of your moobs, with your elbows sticking out horizonally, you fingers should be clenched in towards your body, now straighten your arms out so your body makes a figure T shape and bring them back in to the original position. you can also do push ups as that does help, but dothem PROPERLY. the proper way to do push ups is to keep your body straight and as stiff as posible, no bums stickiing up or knees touching the floor, then lower your self right down to the ground and then slowly back up. this is one push up. now dont worry if it seems hard, if your doing them properly it will be! ii found it hard at first to do them properly now i can do quite a few. when you think you cant do any more force your self to one more.
also get on the machines where you pull you pull weights from above you down the back of ypu whilst your back is straight that should also help, remeber the results are not immediate but they get better with time...

it's old fashioned, but for me it was Push-ups, try doing 25 every time you see the theme song to a television show, or start at 15. I used to watch a lot of TV on DVD, and that kept me in check. Really any amount of push-ups totaling over 50 a day (they don't have to be all at once) usually tones up your chest

dude start bench pressing and work out your chest!!!! Just look up chest exercises..if nothing else do some push ups...keep the diet up...start exercising man..diets can't do it alone....

general chest exercises really!!! chest press with free weights is your best bet!!! if your not already, consider becoming a member of a gym!!!
