ive been meeting up with this guy whenever im out in his town.we have kissed. hes always texting me to meet him in his town when he is out but it is difficult as i live quite far away. i have met him 3 times. he still texts me whenever he is out in his town and i do the same if im out in his town.
why wont he ask me out on a date?
is it too soon seeing as we have only met up 3 times by "chance"?
I have recently come out of a serious relationship.

Why don't you ask him why he won't ask you out instead of asking a load of people who don't know the way in which his mind works?

Good question. Why wont he just ask you on a proper date?! You keep bumping in to him when you having a night out on the town, and you have kissed. and when you are out you are wondering if he will be there..he is probably wondering the same thing. Perhaps he thinks because you have just come out of a serious relationship that you just want a bit of fun with him, and maybe he sees you as his bit of fun if he doesn't pull anyone else that night (i don't mean to sound harsh, but he his a bloke ). Seeing as you have just come out of a relationship perhaps you should concentrate on just having a laugh at the moment and give it some time before you commit to some one new...give yourself some time on your own so you can be a bit independent for a while. If he wanted to go out with you he would have asked you by now.

I 'm not sure the issue is that it is too soon.. He might be shy, or perhaps, since you both have so much distance between you he sees it pointless (as in he dosn't have faith in long distance relationships).. Also, he might have a girlfriend.. U never know... Only way to find out is to ask him... Good luck.

Why can't you ask him out for a date - why? should it be him... Perhaps hes thinks the same!!! We live in the year 2006 go on text him and tell him you want a date!!! Go for it!!

He is to nervous to ask you out, and just try him. Give him a way to know that you like him, and he will be more secure to ask you.
