I'm on a good one at the moment. You can eat as much you want in a day of only one type of food.
day 1.. protein (meat, fish, etc no bread, pasta etc)
day 2.. carbohydrates (bread, pasta, etc no meat, fish etc)
day 3.. protein
day 4.. carbohydrates
and so on.
It work's by your body only having to tackle one type of food, and not storing the rest as fat, as there is no energy to break the other type down. The Carb days are a bit boring, but in a week and a half I've noticed a difference.
Oh, and sorry to be boring, but excercise too!

I wouldnt call my diet "perfect" for everyone, however it has proven to be perfect for me. I have lost and kept off 60 lbs and am still losing. Heres what I do- I eat 700-800 cal a day for starters and I dont EVER eat anything fast food, fried, even from a restaurant except for a small serving of low cal soup or a salad with just some chicken, shrimp or turkey on it and NO dressing. I eat LOTS of fruits and veggies, like apples, grapes, and the occasional banana, and celery is amazing especially with peanut butter. I often have tuna for a meal, just out of the can and with no mayo and not on a sandwich. Dont get me wrong on the carbs- I eat them. But onlt with whole wheat breads and tortillas and carbs are in fruits so I take that into consideration. Get a nutrition journal. Go to http://www.fitday.com and start tracking what you eat, and then look at how many calories you are consuming and how much protein, carbs, and fat. Keep the fat as low as possible. Some is ok, so dont completely eliminate it but keep the saturated fat down for sure. Limit sweets. Stay away from cake and ice cream. If you have a craving for something sweet have some Skittles or gummy worms but only a small amount. And you need exercise. Start out with 30 min walking on a treadmill at a brisk pace to get your heart rate up, for 3 times a week and try to get to running or jogging, and if its too hard on your joints go on an elliptical.
Weight loss is a lifestyle change not a quick fix!
I am 5'1 and went from 170 lbs in 2003 to currently just under 110 lbs, and have lost 20 alone since July of this yr.
Good luck!

There are no perfect diets. I can tell you the two that have always worked well for me though. I am vegetarian, so going on the Raw Diet was easy, and very healthy. You need to research it first so you make sure you are getting all of the nutrients you need each day. I lost weight quickly with the Raw Diet.
The other diet that i have used is the 3 Hour Diet, where you eat every three hours. It works wonders as well. You can go to the library and check out the book and it will tell you how to follow the diet.
Every diet depends on the person who is trying to lose weight. You have to pick the one that is "perfect" for you.
Hope this helps.

I wouldn't say it's the perfect diet but it works within days of taking the products. You say you have tried pills so you shouldn't have a problem with this diet. You don't have to get the pills but there are protein bars, energy drinks, and nutritional shake mixes that are all natural and boost energy and metabolism. The pills work along with the rest of the products to provide fast results. The results are guaranteed and the best part is YOU DON'T HAVE TO EXERCISE!!!! I lost over 20 lbs last month and I'm still losing it's really a blessing. Check it out and tell me what you think it's on www.differentu.com
God bless you and I wish you the best!

Stay away from caffeine, sodas(even diet sodos), chocolates, ice cream,
sugars, candies. Why ? because all this becomes fat and goes right to the stomach and thighs. Also because sugars make a person uncontrollably crave Carbs. And carbs should be kept to a minimum, the bad carbs that is. Do not eat Greasy Foods. Even skin of chicken. Drink Alot of water(8-10 / 8 oz glasses a day. And always drink a full glass of water 10 min. BEFORE you eat any meal. Cut food intake in half. Eat brown rice, not white. You'll do Great
Eat alot of vegetables, and fruits. Do not eat bananas (unless you want to gain weight).
Eat white meat only, not dark meat. And NO junk foods and NO fast food restraunts. I cut my intake of foods in half. Ate alot (still do) of salads. And do alot of Cardio - ie: walk, jog, the Firm, etc. 1 hr each workout/3 times a week is fine. I only share with people to weightlift, only if the chest area is really small. (I will not say a cup size I made that mistake once, whatever seems small to the individual herself or himself.) Incline/decline and flat bench with dumbells 15 min. 3 days a week. And flies 3 times a week, for 15 min.
This is all I did, and I lost 94 pounds in 4 months ! Yes, 4 months. It worked for me.
But you must make your own choice, and do whatever you think will work for you.
I tried so many many diets and none of them worked. You might find a certain diet that will work for you. Since no diet worked, after spending almost a thousand dollars on
diet pills, diets and the food that required for those diets and those programs not working for me, I decided to create my own system, most of which I have shared with you.
If I have any doubts within myself, about a food to eat or not to eat, I usually do not eat it.
Lastly do a colon cleanse, once a month, every month of the year. After doing my first colon cleanse, I lost 11 pounds. And every month I do one now I loose 2-3 pounds.
Most of all, be very patient with yourself when it comes to results. And Love and Accept yourself. You are Beautiful, and you should take of yourself and your body, "To Please You, not others !"
Best of Luck to you, And Happy Holidays.
THANK YOU !!!

I lost 105 pounds in 6 months. Here is how I did it.
1. Every morning get up and walk for 45 minutes. You can start with less time, but you want to get up to 45 minutes, and it must be fast walk. You want your heart rate to go up. It must be in the morning, it kick starts your metabolism.
2. I cut out Red Meat, and fatty foods. Boneless skinnless chicken breast, baked, or grilled, rice and vegetables (steamed).
3. Eat half. Just eat half of what you normally eat. Put 1/2 on your plate, and put the rest away. Cook less. When you go to fast food, get salads only. Or grilled chicken. No fries, only diet soda. Or water.
It will work, once you get into a routine, you will get hooked on the results, and you will keep the routine. It has been over a year for me.
A sight with some really cool diet calculators and interesting calorie counting calculators is here. Check it out.

Stay motivated, and get up and walk every day. I seriously lost all my weight starting off my day on my walk.
Good LUCK!

okay i am not an expert on diets but i did worked at a gym once, and the best diet is exercise just take 30 minutes of your day, due cardio or fatburning for only 30 minutes and stop eating anything and everything that is white. exe. white rice, white potatoes, white bread, white pasta, anything that is white, eat lean stuff, remember you wont get any far if you exercise but keep eating the same junk, start working out, and eat healthy. you'll see the change in no time.
good luck

NO diets don't work! you lose wieght at first then put it all back on again! pills are a nonono! just have balanced diet...of all the nutrients in the correct amounts. No fast food or ready made meals etc. just homemade stuff....if you are a rubbish cook just get someone else to do it for you. Don't cut any of a certain food group out becuase you need such things as fat and carbs so dont cut it out...your body needs one.
The best way is just to eat everything balanced and do lots of cardio excersise or pilates....that helps loads

don't stop eating. If you do your body will hold on to the fat. when you eat again your body will hold that fat longer since it will think you will starve again. Don't use weightloss pills either. I used to but when I got off i gained weight fast. All I can tell you is excercise and eat healthy. Join a gym and work out for an hour every other day. Run that works fast. Bike too that helps and tennis just stay active there is no fast fix for fat

I feel the perfect diet is how folks lived 100-150 years ago.. They didnt have all this technology to just sit around on their bums. They didnt have high fat fast food.. Think about their lives.. They ate mostly greens (from scavaging around the woods during the day) meat was scarce, unless you managed to catch a rabbit here and there. they ate stuff like stews, soups, gruel etc.. worked hard in the fields from sun up till sun set.. made and cooked everything home made.. Rare did they have a treat like sugar.. Honey cakes maybe but no sugar and no refined white bleached wheat.... So if you want to get thin and healthy..
eat and live like they do.. get up off your bum, move more, eat less red meat, more greens/fruits, less sugar.. etc etc..
