Clean it up right away - don't just pick it up, CLEAN the area after the soil has been removed, and you'll be fine.
Urine is actually quite sterile when it comes out of anything, so cleaning it up right away, you'll be fine. Feces allowed to sit won't cause a huge problem, but sitting long enough for flies to swarm, and then THEY fly around and leave residue around, that becomes a bigger cleanliness problem.
Consider crate training this animal when people are not home to walk it, and it won't go in the house so frequently...

As long as you're actively house training the dog (using a crate!) and cleaning up all soils as soon as you see them, this means uplifting carpet and everything, you should be fine. I don't know how clean your house is though. I'm a neat freak when it comes to these things.
When you have your dog completely housebroken steam clean all the carpets and talk to your local steam cleaner rental about what chemicals can be used to kill bacteria and be safe around your pets. For all the other floors use bleach. If you have hardwood, do your research with cleaners that are specific for your floor.

You must clean well and have good hygiene (basically wash your hands before you put them in your mouth). You run no risk if the poop doesn't find a way into your mouth, so basically what you need to do is keep the house and your hands clean.

It becomes an issue if not cleaned up right away when it happens, or shortly after. Be sure to disinfect the area well and use a deoderizing cleaner to help eliminate the smell.

there is no danger to people what so ever unless you are putting your hand in the poop and then handling food or putting your hand in your mouth without washing
parasites cant fly or jump onto you so they will be in the poop and thats in..
