There is really no way to get rid of it once it is there. You can try some Gas-X which will help break up the larger bubbles into smaller ones. Before eating foods that make you have gas, take some Bean-O up to 30 minutes before, this will help prevent the gas to begin with.

Yes, try to find some Aloe Vera juice. I know when I have gas, I drink some and within an hour I am ready to get it all out. It also relieves the tightness in your stomach and makes you feel loose. It lets all the unwanted fluid out of your body. If youre heavy set, then you can also see a weight change if you were to keep drinking it. The kind I use is from Herbalife. But you can find Aloe Vera juice pretty much anywhere. Dringk Lots of Water.

ask the dr for some medicine (simethicone, etc.) that will neutralize it.

If it continues then get a GI dr. consult, they specialize in this stuff. You could need more bacteria in your colon (in which case probiotics or yogurt could help) or you could have lactose intolerance (which means you'd have to avoid certain foods). You really need professional advice on this stuff because it could be a sign of something more serious.

There are pills.
Also, Try avoiding dairy for a while and see if that is causing it.
Do "bends" Whenever me or my siblings had painful gas, my mom made us bend over and touch our toes repeatedly. It moves things around in your intestines so you can release the trapped air.
