This may help if you hair is falling or thinning:
1.Massage the scalp for 10 to 15 minutes after bathing with water. This stimulates the blood circulation and strengthens the hair follicles in the scalp.
2.Massage the scalp and hair with coconut milk or Aloe Vera gel. Leave it for ½ hour, then rinse with warm water. Repeat 3 times a week
3.Massage into the scalp and hair honey with egg yolk. Leave for a 1/2 hour, then rinse.
4.Massage almond oil on scalp 2-3 times a day, daily. This will stop further hair loss.
5.Rinse hair with a mix of apple cider vinegar and sage tea to help hair grow.
But for the itchy scalp go to the dermatologist and you can try oiling your scalp regylarly.
Thanks n Take care!

Have u been mixing with young kids? If the answer is yes then u cld possibly have nits, altho that shouldn't make yr hair go thinner. Might be a good idea to let yr gp or hairdresser have a look at yr hair re the thinning. Hope it sorts itself out.

Well when you are washing ur hair are you washing all the shampoo out? Sometimes that makes the head itch.
and with the hair being thinner, is it because you are pulling on your hair to much when you are washing it. Scrubbing to hard?
This happened to me a few times and all I did was stop scrubbing so hard and my hair didn't fall out much anymore. Just try it, it's worth the shot.

hi i had a problem with an itchy scalp, my doctor told me to change shampoo, which i did and made a real difference as after continuous use with shampoo it gets irritable...i have to alternate my shampoo every month as they all make my head itch after too long!!
also try the tgel range...smells like charcoal but works like a dream at soothing your scalp.
it could also be the sign of something more serious so might be an idea to get it checked out by a doctor just to be on the safe side.
take care xx

Get someone to check if you have headlice.
Make sure you have rinsed all the soap out of your hair when washing it. If you don't it can make your scalp itch.
If not the above see your GP. It might be eczema or psoriasis.

Use Nioxin shampoo (cleans out your cuticles and gets your hair growing faster) and shower every morning (when my hair is dirty or greasy, it itches).
