oh my gosh, lol. I have a cat named Hobbes too!!! She's a very funny cat. She's 18 years old and she sleeps on my shoulder. She's a siamese so she talks a lot and responds to "who's bad girl?" and "get down" with a big sassy meow. She's also an absolute pain in the neck if you're trying to eat a pretzel or a cracker. She'll let me pick her up and hold her across my arms but she loooves to ride on my hubbies shoulders.
Your cat is very very cute. Have fun guys.

My cat ran up a tree last year and stayed there for about 2 days. We couldn't get him down because it was a humongo Ash tree. He was about 3/4 of the way up... about 6 stories high. You could hear his pitiful little meow all over our property (pretty big).
He finally got down during a storm.

You're cat sounds adorable. I don't have a cat but I took my dog to the vet yesterday and they have a bunch of cats just roaming around and one they saved from being put down that was at the animal shelter and this kitten was so adorable it was taken away from it's mom to early so it just sucks on any clothing it can find and it was doing that to my jacket and to my hand and he was such a nice cat and even got along with my dog!

My cat does Stand Up at the Improv Comedy Store once a month. But I don't think he's very good at it. Last month some dogs started throwing rotten chew toys on stage, he was so bad.

I have two cats and they are both funny. One of them always meows for tuna and she always meows when my mom is sitting on a chair, and she wants her to get off. As soon as my mom gets off of the chair, she takes it over and starts cleaning herself and eventually falls asleep on it lol. My other cat always rubs our legs and butts her head on us when she wants to pet. We hold her and pamper her for about 5 minutes, then when she's had enough, she tries attacking you and runs away. She also loves rolling around on her back, so we will rub her tummy, just like dogs do lol. I love them both, they are my little babies! =)

I have a cat that gets on its back to fall asleep. Most cats don't get on their backs until they are asleep, mine has to be on its back before she falls asleep.
This same cat also loves boxes. She's tried to get into every box she sees. She has tried to get into a cereal box, a box that contained x-mas lights and believe it or not a box that had a pair of earings.
I also had a cat that would not drink out of a bowl of water. He refused. The only time he would drink water is if we left the faucet running. He would get on the counter and turn his head sideways to get water, but never out of a bowl.

my cats are both really affectionate, but sometimes they can be really anti-social. my cat jet likes to hide under the bed, under the sofa, behind the curtain on the window sill...but what's funny about it is, he has this oddly long tail. so when he's hiding we usually just see this long black tail sticking out from wherever he is. me and my fiance make a game of it and call out "jet, where are you? i wonder where he could be?!" we then take pictures of the exposed tail and have a good laugh about it.

My cats are very silly. Rocky will lay on his back and present his belly- which he knows I just have to go rub- and then play bites me when I do... and both of them will do the pretend-to-groom and start-a-fight bit.... Tux likes to stalk the pleco in our fish tank- he'll sit on the chair next to the tank for hours....

My roomate's cat likes to knock her cat food in her water dish and then bat it with her paw like it's a fun game. Her water constantly has to be refreshed because it's full of soggy cat food.
