I would go with michellee.. and opt for "travieso" which is much more like the English word "mischievious." However, depending on who you're talking about, you might use other words:
"Fresco" - used the same way as the English "fresh."
"Malito" of "malvadito" - ("little bad one") usually said of naughty children
Sometimes, if said with a bit of affection, you can say "sinverguenza" ("shameless").
