Be respectful of circumstances that might make it impractical. If he has to wake up at 4:00 in the morning and go to work, 10:00 at night is a bad time to start things. Try to clear his schedule for times to just "do it" and then do. Don't be hot and cold: if you want it "all the time," and then turn him down, it starts a feedback loop in his body to slow down his sex drive, but if you say yes every time he's interested it starts the reverse feedback loop to speed up up his sex drive. That's why porn stars can have sex with 10 women a day. Do the things he likes. Have him kiss you. If he starts to initiate it, then it's harder to say no.

If you want it 24/7, that can be too much. Sex is wonderful, in the right amounts. Maybe try not hassling him about it for a few days and give him time to want it.
If he works a lot or works long hours, the body changes itself to not wanting it. When you're working a lot, your body gets tired and less willing to perform strenuous tasks (ie, sex). So that may be why he's not that interested in it, he could just be so tired from work that it doesn't interest him.
Either way, why not talk to him and find out why he's not as into it. Maybe come up with a compromise as to how much is acceptable and when you both like to have it.

One thing woman have to understand is that yes!!! there are man like that, just like there is a lot of woman that don't like sex too often. Why is it that when a man doesn't want a lot of sex is level as a gay? or that he is getting it somewhere else? Talk to your husband, ask that question to him and ask him to be honest and open with you.

Try something new. Even if your not fond of it. Men get bored kinda easy. Don't be afraid to get a little (or lot) crazy. Trust me us men like things to get crazy. If that wont work. Get some toys and do what ya gotta do. Maybe he will get jealous. and give in a bit more.

Try having dinner ready when he comes home. Make it a romantic seduction instead of just jumping right into it...
Maybe even try putting a dress on for dinner but no panty's or bra so that way he can have desert after words.
