Of the people listed, Sir Charles Spencer Chaplin was the funniest, as well as the most talented. A genius!
Stan Laurel was a very funny & gifted physical comedian, who got his start with the Karno companies, like Sir Charles.

The stooges make me laugh the most, the others not so much.
Iv'e seen Chaplin movies and i smile at most but not laugh, Laurel and Hardy are very hard to watch and bore me, the stooges have made me laugh out loud on numerous occasions.

Out of the three you listed, I would say the Three Stooges. But I also think the Marx Brothers and Lucille Ball were hilarious as well.

Laurel and Hardy's silent short, "Big Business"(1929) is the funniest thing I have ever seen.

I don't like any of the ones you listed. From that era, I like the Marx Brothers.
