Women (whether they be ugly, beautiful, or average) tend to look at a man more than once for two reasons:
a) he resembles someone the woman knows, and she is either trying to figure out who he reminds her of and/or she wants to make sure he is/isn't that person (this could be a coworker, classmate, or a former flame)
b) she finds him attractive and is possibly hoping to catch his eye at some point to start a conversation
We usually won't give an unattractive man a second look, so you probably don't have to worry about that!

Well, either you look interesting, or just really gorgeous! When a girl looks at another guy when she thinks he's not looking, then she has definitely got the hots for you! If you see her again, try to start a conversation. Then if you think things are going well, ask for her number. You can take things from there. Good Luck!!!

OMG!! i got onto the subway yesterday, and this guy was sitting there and i couldn't take my eyes off of him, i was like, omg i wonder if he's going commando or if he's in boxers or a man thong!! then i pictured him in my mind wearing a leopard man thong and i smiled, and he smiled back and that was when i was for sure about him wearing the leopard skinned man thong!! it was great!!

How the hell should we know. You could have had food in your teeth or she may have thought you was cute. What ever the reason was it's in the past now and to late for you to act on it. She could have been a model or movie star and was wondering if you recognized her.

I wasn't there, so I have no clue as to why. There are way too many variables to even guess. Most of them aren't very pleasant to consider. The odds are, you won't see her again, but if you do, and she responds the same way, strike up a general conversation.

Maybe she was attracted to you. Maybe she thought you were someone she has met before or she was trying to figure out where she knows you from? Next time, start a conversation and see what happens.
