No this is not normal. Be careful. Having a baby is a big responsibility for both of you. If he has said nothing about marriage but wants to have a baby, you need to keep your eyes open and make sure that this guy is right for you. Some men (and this doesn't necessarily mean this one only you can judge that) who are controlling will try to have a baby with you because to him this would equal control over you and dependency on him. Watch for signs of a controlling nature not just with you but with others such as his family. Is he real clingy to you and wants to know what your doing every second? How does he treat his mother? This will mirror how he treats you later down the road. Controlling men = Abused Women So Be careful and if he shows any signs or warnings, RUN THE OTHER WAY!

You have to be ready not just him. You have to ask your self if this is the guy you want to be with forever or have a connection (meaning the child) with forever. Children are blessings that should be made from love. If thats who you want to have your child with and you know you love him than go for it. Being a parent is not easy but women are strong and can do anything so I wouldn't worry about that part it will just come natural. Good luck to you and I hope this helps.

He must really love you if he wants children with you. Once you make the decision for children it means he wants to spend his life with you. It is difficult the first year really with a baby. After the first year you have both adapted to the change and things flow smoothly. I have 2 children and they are the most wonderful things in the world. I don't regret it. The difficult years are worth it. Just make sure you are ready for children if you want to conceive. If not, tell him to wait a couple years or until you're sure you're ready for a family. If he loves you, he'll wait.

Having a baby isn't just "hard for the first few years." It is hard for the rest of your life. You don't stop being a parent just cuz your kid reaches age 18. I am 50 and my 76 year old mom still worries about me!! As I do my 19 year old and 16 year old daughters!!

If your not in a committed relationship then don't let him talk you into it. Yes the first years are very hard because the infant depends on your for everything. But it's also very rewarding at the same time. My daughter's father and I are not together and we're having our second child this spring and it's a very difficult and emotional situation. Don't do something you're not ready for.

You sound really young. I think some guys feel like they will have ties to you if you have a child with them. That usually happens with control freaks for some reason. A mature responsible man would not be asking this of a young girl. This sort of thing should be discussed between 2 commited, responsible, stable adults.

If you have both "stated" that you love one another, have spoken of your future together, why does he want a kid without marrying you first? Pregnancy, delivery and the upbringing of a child is tremendous work, emotionally, physically, financially. A child needs two contributing parents. A baby can Wait until you are more secure in your relationship, your future and finances make it possible.

Hi,, well dear,,, the 1st thing that we are here on this earth for is to populate it... and that is the driving force behind all boys and girls.... mainly the boys want to .... most all the time,,, or practice..
Personally,, i suggest that you wait on the baby and concentrate on the wedding first,,,
good luck
