Rachel Ray always has some good ideas.
The only time I have ever watched the show she was making some stuff for lunch boxes so go to her website and it should be on there. Hope this helps.

I don't condone eating your lunch box. It is designed to carry food - not be a supplement for it. (In less you are a freak of nature, the plastic might be a little hard to swallow.)

how about this? spread a hotdog bun with peanut butter, use a banana in place of the "dog", add a little jelly or honey in place of ketchup or relish...and, voila!

sandwich wraps are great and can be very healthy.....just take a tortilla ( some are flavored) and spread with whatever you want.......mustard, mayo...then anything...turkey, ham, vegetables...they are great and cheaper than buying them at a fast food place !!!
