The only thing he likes is his teddy bear. It's getting really old and nasty. He won't play with nothing else. I've tried to get him new toys, but its not helping. What do i do?

All of my dogs choose a stuffed animal over any other toy I buy. I know stuffed animals can be expensive, but I go to second hand stores and purchase them ,bring them home and wash them. Then give them to the dogs. They are very happy and don't have any idea that they are used.lol

When I got our puppy a stuffed toy at the pet store, she fell in love with it - just like your puppy.
Try throwing the stuffed toys in the washing machine, you may have to stitch up the areas that have gotten more wear from him playing with it. Go and buy a couple of extras (the exact same) that way you have spares in case you need to replace the stuffed toy all together.
I have had to replace baby toys more than once with the exact same item.

My dog does the same thing. It's a yellow bear and she has two of them. It gets nasty and I just throw it in the wash. Awwwwwww...let him keep it! He'll be sad and may go through withdrawals if you take it away.

Also, don't buy them stuffed toys with the little beans inside! (Like Beanie Babies).

If his bear is that nasty and old completely take it away so he will only have a new one to play with. He will eventually pick up a new one if the old one is long gone.

I think the teddy bear is his security blanket. Let him keep it the way it is. My dog loves his little pink piggy and nothing else. Even takes it to bed. Just try to keep it sewn up and as clean as you can.

Have you tried to hide the toy. If the dog can still have access to the toy then he will not have any interest in another one.

Just let your dog get on with it. It won't do him any harm and i bet the teddy don't mind either.
