i really need to know some good xercises to strengthen you calves and some to make you have a ripped tummy and soem to make your butt get bigger and firm....i no its a tall order but pls help me out!!!!!!!!!! thank you

if you stand @ the end of a stair, with just your toes on the step, and go up and down on your tip toes, that really works your calves!...they used to make me do it in gymnastics....For your tummy you gotta do crunches.....the butt gettin bigger, that just comes the older you get, cuz i didnt used to have a booty at all and now i gotta a nice round one ;), you could try eatin lots of cheesesteaks...haha

when i turned 21 my asss got bigger and my boobs...haha...and thats it, the rest of me stayed small! i was sooo excited!

If you live near the beach u can jog in the sand, do toe raises, or even sit with ur legs straight out with a resistance band and push against with ur foot(bal) it mimics the machine made for straightening ur calves, for my abs i use an ab lounge(I'm preg now so i cant) or an exercise ball and small weights and do crunches on that,it helps for balance as well and ur not flat on the floor for ur butt do leg lifts with one knee on the floor and lift the other straight and behind you. Try those. but a key factor is strengthening ur core do the army old where its like a push up except for u hold ur body for 30 sec. tnen grad to 60 on ur toes and arms so ur resting ur body weight on ur arms(not really rest) and toes.OMG u feel the burn in ur abs.that's how u know ur doing it right. If u have too much body fat, u gotta throw in 30 mins of cardio to burn fat.

Cardio is the best for losing fat. You won't see your abs if you have fat, no matter how many sit ups you do. Lunges and squats are great for buns. Remember to squeeze.

Running walking and cycling is great for the calf muscles.

Squats, lunges, riding a bike and if you're lean enough you'll be able to see your abs
