Mmmm, I'd love a really THICK sirloin steak, BBQ'd to medium rare.
And how about a baked potato and fresh sweet corn, and a house salad with that?
And don't forget a bottle of good red wine....

(gotta dream....pregnant, so avoiding meats cooked rare, and forget about the wine!!! another 4 months!)

I love a thick cut--sirloin or T-bone usually, marinated for hours in soy sauce and spices like pepper and ginger, then grilled on a smoker to just past medium rare. This is all so ironic, since I haven't eaten beef in over a year...oh well! I can dream!

I like Ribeye, a little bit more done than rare, but not by much. With hashbrowns and ketchup, please.
