She is here illegally, and by working "under the table", she is a criminal (tax evasion). I think she can stay only if she is made to repay income tax since her illegal arrival in the US in 1999. Where does she get off thinking that she can live tax-free ?

I"m NOT defending or condoning she was employed at the local airport so she did pay taxes of somekind and there are no outstanding debts that she absconded from

No. Do not deport her. Send her to Federal prison and serve life in prison.

Since her son is already in Mexico( being used by his mother) and crying for her,why not go in the "church" get her and send her to her son.Both problems solved in one fell swoop
No she should not be allowed to stay here .She is a convicted felon and needs to join her son.in Mexico.

I say no....and why would you assume that she wasn't paid with a payroll check in which they deducted taxes....where is your proof to substantitate this claim....I would like to see it.
