There is no such PLACE to find a woman with high character and high self-esteem.
If your looking for this kind of woman, may I suggest that you watch how she walks and carries herself.......If her head is held high, body is straight, is neatly dressed, and she has a look of confidence and determination as she moves through her day, chances are that this woman has the qualities you are looking for. Don't let this intimidate you from going up and starting a conversation with her, most times she will gladly give you a reply if it is a common general question and not something on a personal level, especially if your at a shopping mall (ex. Excuse me, could you please suggest a store where I can find a slightly pricey perfume for my mother?....it's her birthday and I want something nice for her special day. I never shopped for a womans' perfume before.) You will get your response and you may be able to give her a compliment and generate a conversation with her. Just be yourself, act like a gentleman, and mind your manners...these are qualities we women look for in a guy and don't see too often!!!!! Good Luck

Unfortunately, it's hard to tell what someone's self-esteem is like until you have known them for awhile...
My best advice is to ask friends, aunts, even grandmothers, if they know any nice girls. They ususally know people a little better than you would if you met someone in one of the classic church/community service/coffee shop/nightclub scenarios...Don't rule it out. It can be the best way to meet a quality person!

Just steer clear of strip clubs. I don't think a woman w high self-esteem would necessarily have one profession as opposed to another. She could be professional and intelligent, but still be extremely insecure in a relationship. You just have to get to know her before you'll know for sure.

Europe, most of the girls or women here in the USA are uptight, ornery and just plain not happy with themselves. They are too preoccupied with money and how they look. European women are very intelligent, have good manners, most of them anyhow and are happy with themselves which equals a better self esteem. They are much better than the girls here in the states. Sorry girls, truth is truth.

oversea, but keep in mind they have high standard. So if you go and act like a prevert hog in heat and drink like a fish and have intelligent level of ground chimpunk then be prepare to get turn down 24/7
