When i first met my boyfriend we were a lovely couple. Then He started getting mad at me more easier. Then He just calls me stupid for no reason and always tries to put me down. The other day he back handed me. I dont know what the next step is going to be. Any body have any ideas?

The next step may be he will hit you harder, you don't deserve that, you need to just leave and start your life over. It may take awhile and I know it will hurt because you love him, but NO ONE deserves to be hit.

OK, well first he's not worth the time of day if he can't express his anger in other ways besides calling u names and raising his hand to hit you he's just being a prick and showing his true colors. If he can't talk about how he's feeling instead of hiding his insecUrities he's going to keep talking to u like ur nothing until u stand up 4 ur self and i no it might b hard b/c u might really want to b wit him n u might actually love him but u have to love urself a little more than that, even if u don't its self respect and pride.

The next step is going be you in the hospital. Or worse... Dead. Leave that loser. I have no idea who or what you are, but I do know you deserve way better then him. Why on earth would deal with this when their are way more better men out their for you. He is not the only 1 for you. Have some dignity for yourself and leave him before something bad happens to you. Please take this advice. It may save your life. It happens all the time, PLEASE don't become a statistic.

The fact he is hitting u makes him not worthy or ur time ur love or ur patience he cant love u....
No one deserves it...
You need to get rid and stay rid a lepoard neva changes its spots...
He will only hit u harder and more often if u let him get away with this with just a warning or an argument....
Stand ur ground he is not worth it..
You arent stupid and he shouldnt be putting u down, he should be the one who protects loves and cares for u...

the next step should be you leaving him. if he hit you once he will do it again. sounds to me like he's abusive and that it will definitely progress to more and more physical abuse. things with abusive guys always start great and then they slowly get bad. leave now while you still have a good chance of getting out pretty much unscathed.

Yeah, get rid of him hunny. The first sign of abuse is when you leave. It only gets worse from there. Not only is that illegal, but it's traumatizing. Leave before you get effected emotionally besides physically. The bruises will go away, the emotional effects may never leave you, and it will only get worse. Leave before you set yourself up for a serious break down. Trust me!

he is an abuser..and is just now showing his true colors now that he is comfortable in the relationship......the next step will be him really working you over...get out of the relationship....don't listen to how sorry he is...he will never change
do not let him hit you or call you stupid. this is abuse and you do not deserve it.
